LASERCAP

LASERCAP machine can produce both stuffed products and sandwich directly on the oven line, reducing considerably the amount of human resources required in the traditional systems.

As result of many years of experience in this field, LASERCAP is a machine made of anodized aluminium and stainless steel making it washable with water jet; it is completely controlled by Brushless motors so easily adjustable in all working positions and versatile with regard to all the working speed variations.

Available in widths ranging from 1000 mm to 1500 mm, LASERCAP has an additional application since the deposit of the filling is carried out individually on each cookie and only after checking its presence; this allows avoiding waste and to clean the belt constantly but only in case of necessity through a water spray system electronically controlled.

During the design, special attention has been paid in respect of the safety and health of operators; each inspection panel is equipped with magnetic sensors for the machine’s stop control in case of accidental opening or other needs.

given the several kinds of products on the market, the LASERCAP machine is equipped with a quick insertion/release system of the equipment and aligning rollers for each specific product.
